  1. Processing & Shipping.
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods or unforeseen delays, processing time may vary.
  2. Delivery Times.
    Average delivery ranges 5–10 business days depending on supplier location and shipping option. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  3. Accuracy.
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  4. Shipping Fees.
    All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or not as described.
  5. Restrictions.
    We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations restricted by law.

Return Policy

    If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within:
    • 48 hours for damaged/defective items.
    • 7 days for incorrect items.
    Include photos or videos to expedite the process.
